Anna Huntley: Upcoming Performances
Mezzo-soprano Anna Huntely has announced her upcoming performances for the 2015/16 season. Having joined the Philip Langridge Mentoring Scheme in October last year, Anna has been under the mentorship of the Austrian mezzo-soprano, Angelika Kirschlager. Over the last year, Anna's schedule has taken her to English National Opera covering the roles of Dorabella (Cosi fan tutte), Pauline (Queen of Spades) and the title role in The Way Back Home. In March 2016, Anna will return to ENO to play the role of a Daughter in Philip Glass’s Akhnaten in their new production.
Her performing schedule will also see her give a recital at Wigmore Hall's Song Series in January 2016, accompanied by pianist James Bailleu with whom Anna has performed recently at Brighton Festival and Perth Concert Hall.
